Mandator and Symfoni Software AS to establish Swedish joint venture

Mandator and Norwegian software company Symfoni Software AS will establish joint operations in Sweden.

Symfoni AS is the largest Scandinavian supplier of IBM-based software for communication and collaboration with some 500 customers and more than 200,000 users. 'The jointly-owned company will distribute Symfoni's solutions in the Swedish market.

Mandator is one of Symfoni's most important Swedish partners. The joint venture will deepen this cooperation - Symfoni will offer the products and Mandator the expert consultants to implement and adapt the solutions to customer needs.

"Mandator sees great potential for Symfoni's products and services in Sweden," says Mandator's CEO Katarina Mellström. "We will strengthen our already strong position within the IBM platform, which will lead to increased licensing income and closer collaboration with our partner IBM."

Mandator has Sweden's largest team of Lotus Notes experts, with 40 specialist consultants in this field.
