Mandator carries out projectivity drive

Mandator has entered into an agreement of co-operation with two of Sweden's leading experts within project work.

Projectivity may be described as an organisation's ability to use a project as a method of working in order to reach business objectives. Mandator has several years of experience of business development and project management. A projectivity drive has now been introduced as a concept.

The work involves co-operation with the company Projektvision AB, which was started by Lennart Ljung and Tomas Jansson, two of Sweden's most prominent experts in the field of project work.

Lennart Ljung carries out research on the ability of organisations to apply the project work form. He is responsible for the Master-of-Arts programme in Industrial project management at Karlstad University.

Tomas Janson is one of the chief writers of Ericsson's project model PROPS. He works today as a teacher on the Master-of Arts programme in Industrial project management at Karlstad's University.

Mandator's services within projectivity include project management, mentorship and coaching, project planning, project auditing and organisational development.

Mandator offers training programs within several areas, including - certified project manager, leadership, project membership and specially designed training courses.
