Mandator enters CRM collaboration with TJ Group

Mandator has signed a new collaborative agreement with TJ Group AB concerning sales of the 'TJ Group CRM Suite' CRM system on the Swedish market.

"Collaborations of this kind strengthen our customer offering within the CRM segment," says John Johansson, head of Lotus Notes operations at Mandator. "It's important for us to be able to offer good solutions that are independent of the technical platform being used."

Mandator will sell the system and associated services such as installation, training, testing and support.

"Mandator's presence in the Swedish CRM market, combined with their high level of technical expertise, will enable us to strengthen our partner network. Together we'll gain a better foothold in the Swedish market," says Anne Persson, Deputy CEO of TJ Group AB.
TJ Group's CRM solution comprises a number of modules that provide support in sales, marketing and customer service processes. The system is user-friendly and can be implemented in different companies' operations in a flexible manner. The CRM Suite is based on technology from IBM and was named best application for the Domino platform at the annual Lotusphere convention in Orlando, Florida in 2002.
