Mandator optimises administration of Karlstad Municipality's IT Infrastructure

Mandator to install AddIT for Karlstad Municipality. The purpose is to optimise and improve the quality of Lotus Domino administration for some 5,000 user accounts.
AddIT is Mandator's concept for the automated and decentralised administration of user accounts and applications on Notes/Domino platforms. The system simplifies the management of passwords, groups, authorisations and more.

"We chose AddIT and Mandator because the system featured many of the functions we wanted," says Helena Olsson, administrative IT developer at Karlstad Municipality. "The system is also easy to adapt to our needs. AddIT saves time for those working with system operation and maintenance. It also eliminates error sources and increases security."

"Routine procedures shouldn't take up O&M personnel's time," says John Johansson, Division Manager at Mandator. "They should be able to concentrate on tasks requiring their expertise. AddIT helps Domino customers to achieve this."

The system has been commissioned and will be made fully operational during April. AddIT has previously been successfully installed for the County of Uppsala, among others.

Mandator is a Premium Business Partner to IBM and the GroupTech specialist unit is home to Sweden's most competent and knowledgeable Lotus Notes Domino team.
