Mandator has delivered the CENIT business system, a concept for project management, to Nacka Energi.

Nacka Energi, a power grid company, has 27,000 subscribers and is wholly-owned by Nacka Municipality. In addition to the purely technical operations, Nacka Energi runs larger administrative projects for invoicing, customer service and meter reading - all with strict demands on cost-effectiveness.

"Power distribution is a regulated monopoly wherein the conditions are tough and the opportunities to compensate increasing costs through increased grid fees are very limited. This is why it is extremely important that we have the best tools for optimisation and quality in all projects. We feel that CENIT is such a necessary tool," says Håkan Askelöf, CEO of Nacka Energi AB.

CENIT is one of Mandator's proprietary concepts. The concept is under continual development and provides customers with cost-effective and proven solutions. Mandator is gradually increasing its sales of concepts and such solutions now represent a quarter of all sales.

About CENIT:
CENIT is a completely modular project management tool, intended primarily for large and medium-sized companies that run all or part of their business in project form. It includes modules for projects, tenders, contracts, tender estimates, production calculations, budgets, balancing/forecasting, accounted revenues and costs, graphic activity and resource planning, document management, time reports and support documentation for invoicing. Mandator has previously successfully delivered CENIT to Stadspartner, NCC Roads, PEAB, the Swedish National Road Administration (Vägverket), Uppsala County Council and Saab Ericsson Space.
