Mandator secures Domino environment with Getinge

Mandator is updating the Domino environment in Europe and the USA for medical technology company, Getinge. The work aims to provide a safer and more stable IT environment which will also permit future expansion.

In conjunction with Mandator, Getinge, which produces and sells advanced medical technological equipment all over the world, has made a major upgrade to the Domino server environment and mail system. The assignment also included configuration of users and clients.

"We have advanced the entire Domino environment to the latest version," says Christofer Olsson, Account Manager at Mandator. "This gives Getinge a totally new basis for efficiency and security. The work has been highly comprehensive, since structure, topology, and logic have been principle themes, all in order to get a better-functioning platform for Getinge."

Some 1,500 personnel all over the world will be affected by the work, which will result in quicker and more secure communication, internally and externally.
