Mandator signs cooperation agreement with Efecte in Sweden

Mandator has signed a co-operation agreement with the Finnish software company Efecte, who develop and market applications in the ITIL sector.

ITIL stands for “IT Infrastructure Library” and describes how to structure processes and organisations in the IT sector to achieve the controlled management of actions, changes and long-term planning.

The agreement covers cooperation in hosting and integration services, as well as process consultancy. Mandator will also sell Efecte’s applications together with Mandator’s services to customers.

Mandator has long experience of SOX and IT Management. This store of experience, together with Efecte’s market-leading applications, mean that Mandator will be in a position to offer comprehensive services in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management and Configuration Management Database.
