New Chief Executive Officer at Mandator

Anders Velander has been appointed Acting CEO at IT consultancy Mandator. Former CEO Niklas Flyborg will leave Mandator at the end of the year to join media analysis and communications company Observer as CEO.

Chairman of the Board Jan Rynning has initiated the recruitment process to find a new permanent CEO. Mandator's Sales Manager and Deputy CEO Anders Velander has been appointed Acting CEO.

"Anders Velander is well acquainted with the company. He has extensive experience from the IT industry and as sales manager Anders has the necessary competence and knowledge to further develop Mandator's customer relations. We shall continue to grow and improve our margins," says Chairman Jan Rynning.

Niklas Flyborg is leaving Mandator after eleven years' service.

"Niklas has made many a great contribution to Mandator's positive development in recent years. We are most grateful to Niklas for all his hard work. The company is in a profitable growth phase and reports a positive earnings trend," says Rynning.

Anders Velander is Sales Manager and Deputy CEO at Mandator. He has been working in the IT industry for twenty years and has been a company employee for the past ten years. Anders was previously CEO of Mandator Telecom, with annual sales of SEK 200 million. He is 45 years old and has a masters in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
