Anders Mortensen has been appointed Manager for Mandator's newly-formed Business Unit, with offices in Copenhagen in Denmark, and also Malmö and Karlskrona in Sweden. The Unit is an amalgamation of the existing units in Southern Sweden and Denmark.
"The growth in the region, plus the increasing collaboration across national borders, mean that it makes sense to amalgamate these two geographically close Business Units," says Mandator's CEO, Katarina Mellström. "We will be an even stronger IT partner for customers in southern Sweden and Denmark. That also increases our attractiveness as an employer, with greater career opportunities, a better exchange of experience and know-how, plus greater mobility for employees."

Mandator South, one of the fastest-growing parts of Mandator, has about 150 consultants. Here can be found in-depth skills in the telecoms sector, specialising in testing and test management.

"I will be working for the continued successful development of the units, while we integrate the offices in order to strengthen our market position in southern Sweden and Denmark. The aim is to make us competitive both short-term and long-term," says Anders Mortensen.

Anders Mortensen was previously Manager of the Danish Unit. He joined Mandator in 2000. He has an Economics degree from London, has done marketing training and is an MBA.
