New powerful CRM triad on the Swedish market

Microsoft, Mandator and Prosales form strategic alliance around Microsoft CRM. Together, the companies can optimise the commercial advantages of customers' CRM-related investments.
This alliance entails a completely new offering on the Swedish market through the unification of three specialist companies in a long-term collaboration. Mandator will contribute with certified Microsoft CRM consultants in order to ensure maximum quality with regards to the infrastructure, integration and configuration of products.

More than a quarter of today's CRM users feel that CRM systems are too expensive and almost a fifth feel that they are too complicated and difficult to maintain and upgrade, according to a recent study from Aberdeen Group.

"The idea behind the collaboration is to meet the growing need for complete CRM solutions," says Björn Sandström, Microsoft Alliance Manager at Mandator. "We'll achieve this in part by offering Microsoft CRM, one of the market's most easy to use and cost-effective CRM solutions, and in part by collaborating with Prosales, who have much expertise within sales process development and have conducted a number of successful implementations of sales support systems."
