Resolution at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Mandator AB (publ) on 19 June 2007

Today, 19 June 2007, an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Mandator rejected a previously announced proposal for a new Board of Directors presented by Skandia Liv and DnB NOR.

The proposal was rejected as almost 78% of the shares represented at the Meeting voted against said proposal.

Consequently, Mandator's Board remains unchanged and is comprised of Petter Stillström (Chair), Torbjörn Gunnarsson, Lars Harrysson, Pontus Lesse, Helena Levander and Jan Signell.
