Stadspartner improving the environment with Mandator's system

Stadspartner is a specialist in improving the environment in densely built-up areas. Mandator's proprietary CENIT system improves the management and control of Stadspartner's many projects ranging from project planning and maintenance to snow clearance and parks services. The order is valued at approximately SEK 3 million.

Stadspartner offers a complete range of outsourcing and consultancy services. Stadspartner is a subsidiary of Tekniska Verken i Linköping AB, which has a turnover of over SEK 2 billion and customers in more than 30 municipalities.

The CENIT project management system is one of Mandator's proprietary concepts. The concept is partially fully developed and provides customers with cost-effective and proven solutions. Mandator is gradually increasing its sales of proprietary concepts and such solutions now represent a quarter of all sales.

About the CENIT project management system:
CENIT is completely modular project management tool, intended primarily for large and medium-sized companies that run all or part of their business in project form. CENIT includes modules for projects, tenders, contracts, tender estimates, production calculations, budgets, balancing/forecasting, accounted revenues and costs, graphic activity and resource planning, document management, time reports and support documentation for invoicing. Mandator has previously successfully delivered CENIT to NCC Roads, PEAB, the Swedish National Road Administration (Vägverket), Uppsala County Council and Saab Ericsson Space.
