Swedish National Rail Administration and Swedish National Road Administration Sign Three-year Contract with Mandator

In a joint-purchasing agreement, the Swedish National Rail Administration (Banverket) and the Swedish National Road Administration (Vägverket) have chosen Mandator's Cenit system as a business tool. The contract runs for three years, with the option of a two-year extension.
"This is one of our largest Cenit deals so far," says Anders Jacobson, Cenit Business Manager at Mandator. "Financially, this is a substantial contract, and it also shows that Cenit is well on the way to becoming a market-leading system for project and business management. The strategic importance of supplying a shared business tool to the national rail and road administration agencies can hardly be overrated."

The agencies will use the system to manage business processes for procuring contractors and consultants. More efficient management of reference data shall primarily result in improved forecast accuracy.

The contract encompasses customisation, installation, maintenance and support for the application. Mandator has previously successfully delivered CENIT to NCC, Vasallen, Tekniska verken i Linköping, Vägverket Produktion and Nacka Energi, among others.
