Func Food Group Oyj – Proposal for commencement of co-operation negotiations at subsidiary Func Food Finland Oy

Func Food Finland Oy proposes to initiate co-operation negotiations in consequence of financial, production-related and reorganizational reasons such as executing the company’s strategy and growth plans as well as improving its competitiveness. The negotiations concern the personnel of Func Food Finland Oy.

The company has a need to consider the current organizational structure and has drafted an initial plan to adjust the company’s operations and the organization. It is estimated initially that the office in Tampere may possibly be closed down.

Plans to be proposed in order to reorganize the operations and the organization will be handled in the co-operation negotiations. The objective is to simplify the organization and to adjust the organization to meet its current business objectives. Provisionally, the possible adjustments are estimated to concern at most 10 employees.

The co-operation negotiations are scheduled to commence on February 26, 2018 and the negotiation period will be 14 days.
