Func Food Group Oyj Press Release - Approval of Prospectus

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved a prospectus relating to the listing of Func Food Group Oyj's ("Func Food Group") senior secured floating rate bonds of EUR 38,000,000 (the "Bonds"). Func Food Group has applied for listing of the Bonds on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm. The listing of the Bonds is still subject to the approval of the listing application by Nasdaq Stockholm.
