PRESS RELEASE – Approval of bond listing application

On 10 June 2016, Func Food Group Oyj ("Func Food Group") announced that the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority had approved the prospectus prepared in conjunction with the listing of Func Food Group's senior secured floating rate bonds of EUR 38,000,000 (the "Bonds") and that Func Food Group had initiated an application procedure for listing of the Bonds on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nasdaq Stockholm has now approved the application of the listing of the Bonds. First day of trading will be 23 June 2016.
