Cancellation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 November 2019

Reference is made to the Stock Notices published on 26 September 2019 “Convening Notice Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders”, on 30 September 2019 “Tencent to become largest shareholder in Funcom” and on 9 October 2019 “Change in the Supervisory Board”.

Due to the recent changes in the owner structure of the Company, and Tencent’s consideration to request the nomination for appointment of up to two Supervisory Board Members, the Supervisory Board has decided to postpone the proposal to the shareholders to approve the transfer of the statutory seat (statutaire zetel) from Katwijk, the Netherlands to the municipality of Oslo, Norway. Based on this, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 November 2019 is cancelled.

A new Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be convened shortly, with the proposal to elect new Supervisory Board members.
