Change in the Supervisory Board

Mr. Fredrik Malmberg, the Vice-Chairman and acting Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funcom SE, has informed the Supervisory Board and the Company that he will resign from the Supervisory Board of Funcom SE with effect as of 16 December 2019.
