Mandatory notification of trade and changes in share capital - exercise of options

Funcom N.V. (the "Company", or "Funcom" when referring to the Company and/or the entire Funcom-group) has a stock option plan that is part of the total remuneration package for its employees. The stock option plan covers employees and management as well as Managing and Supervisory Directors and is regarded as a component of the total remuneration offered by the Company.

On 24 May 2019 former and current employees of Funcom exercised 175,133 options at a weighted average exercise price of NOK 9.08 per share. No primary insiders executed any options.

The total number of issued and outstanding shares in Funcom N.V. has been increased to 77,286,989. The issued share capital of Funcom N.V. is EUR 15,457,397.80.

The sales amount has been determined on the basis of the price subsequently obtained by the third party selling the shares in the market. The final compensation for the sale was NOK 16.99 per share.
