Laika Consulting, FundedByMe’s subsidiary, sells all existing shares in Struktanalys SA AB
Laika Consulting AB, FundedByMe’s subsidiary, sells all shares in Struktanalys SA AB as of April 2nd, 2019, to continue focusing on its core business of investor relations and marketing of new issues, as well as their weekly sendouts through Investerarbrevet. The effect of the sale on the Parent Company's (FundedByMe AB) earnings are not considered significant as the sale is made on a purchase price in line with the booked value of the shares.
“Since the acquisition of Laika Consulting AB, the management and board of directors have reviewed on ways to best consolidate Laika Consulting and FundedByMe’s businesses to reach its fullest potential. The focus on Laika’s core business, such as investor relations and new issue marketing, is important and this sale is among the steps taken to ensure the focus moving forward in developing Laika Consulting AB. This sale is in line with the already existing consolidation plan and a natural step in the right direction,” states Daniel Daboczy, group CEO of FundedByMe Crowdfunding Sweden AB.
