Frill Holding AB utser ny VD

Frill Holding AB utser Nici Ferber till VD.

Styrelsen i Frill Holding AB har i dag utsett Nici Ferber till VD.  Utnämningen av Nici Ferber kommer att bidra till att stärka fokus på Frills strategi som är inriktad på att utveckla det hälsosamma näringssegmentet i Norden via organisk tillväxt och förvärv.

"Nicis bakgrund inom segmenten hälsosam kost och fysisk träning, hans nätverk av distributörer i Norden och meriter inom produktutveckling, tillför viktig kompetens till koncernen och säkerställer Frills förmåga att produktivt integrera framtida förvärv", säger Dr Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay, avgående VD i Frill.  Khosro kommer att fokusera på affärsutveckling (produkter, marknader och partnerskap) som en del av sitt styrelseuppdrag.

Frill Holding AB appoints Nici Ferber as CEO.

Today, the Board of Directors of Frill Holding AB appointed Nici Ferber as CEO.  The appointment of Nici will help bring a stronger focus on Frill’s strategy focused on developing the healthy nutrition segment in the Nordics via organic growth and acquisitions.

“Nici’s background in the healthy nutrition and physical exercise segments, his networks with distributors in the Nordic region, and product development track record, add an important capability to the Group and ensure Frill’s ability to productively integrate future acquisitions”, says Dr. Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay, outgoing CEO of Frill.  Khosro will focus on business development (products, markets and partnerships) as part of his Board responsibility.
