Frill Holding AB will hold an EAGM on December 5, 2018 to elect Jan Åström to the Board of Directors and elect PwC as new auditors

At a Board meeting today at 9.00 am CET, the Board decided to hold an Extraordinary Annual General Meeting on December 5, 2018 at 13.00, to propose the election of Jan Åström to the Board of Directors. The Board will also propose to elect PwC as auditors of the Company. The meeting will be held at Blasieholmen Investment Group at Birger Jarlsgatan 2, Stockholm.

Jan Åström was CEO of SCA, a global pulp and paper company which included consumer personal care goods, managed a turnaround of Munksjö turning it into one of the leading companies in the sector and subsequent successful merger with Ahlstrom (incl. separate listing), and is currently on the board of BillerudKorsnäs, board member in ECO Development AB, Chairman in the foundation “Centralfonden” for employees in the forest industry, and Chairman of the Swedish Wrestling Federation. Jan will bring his experience of listed companies, growth strategies, and knowledge of consumer goods to the Board.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (doing business as PwC) is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. PwC ranks as the second largest professional services firm in the world. PwC’s Swedish business will be new auditors of Frill Holding AB.
