Technical trading halt in Frill's share during Monday, May 17, 2021

STOCKHOLM, May 17, 2021 08:30 CET

An administrative error when changing and registering a new ISIN code for Frill's share has resulted in a technical stop for trading in Frill's share on Monday. Trading in Frill's share is expected to resume on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 with a new ISIN code and a new short name.

During Frill's Extraordinary General Meeting on December 15, 2020, it was decided to adopt new Articles of Association, whereby Frill's various classes of shares were taken away. When registering this change, the human factor resulted in a mistake and the correct information about the change reached Nasdaq too late to ensure that trading members have received the information about the new ISIN code before the stock exchange opens. Trading in the share will be stopped on Monday is expected to resume on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, with a new ISIN code and a new ticker, SE0015988134, and "FRILL".
