Number of shares in G5 Entertainment AB (publ) on June 28, 2019

140,000 c-shares have been issued during June to secure the delivery of shares within the frame of the performance based, long-term share program for the executive management and key employees (LTIP 2019) that was accepted at the annual general meeting on May 8th, 2019. As a result, the total amount of shares and votes in G5 Entertainment AB (publ) has changed. For more information see the press release from June 10th, 2019. 

As per todays date the total amount of shares in the company amounts to 9,243,850, split between 8,983,850 ordinary shares and 260,000 c-shares. 

Every ordinary share entitles one (1) vote and the c-shares one tenth (1/10) of a vote each. The total number of votes in the company after the issue amounts to 9,009,850 votes.

In connection with the issuance of c-shares, the Company has repurchased all issued shares. As per todays date the company is thereby in possession of 260,000 own c-shares.
