Number of shares in G5 Entertainment AB (publ) on May 31, 2021
87,800 c-shares have been reclassified to ordinary shares during May to secure the delivery of shares within the frame of the performance based, long-term share program for the executive management and key employees (LTIP 2018/2021) that was accepted at the extraordinary general meeting on November 7, 2018. As a result, the structure of the shares and the number of votes in G5 Entertainment AB (publ) has changed.
As per todays date the total amount of shares in the company amounts to 9,105,180, split between 8,933,650 ordinary shares and 172,200 c-shares.
Every ordinary share entitles one (1) vote and the c-shares one tenth (1/10) of a vote each. The total number of votes in the company after the issue amounts to 8,950,870 votes.
The company holds 280,650 ordinary shares and 172,200 c-shares.
