Stefan Lundborg will not participate in the Board work of G5 until further notice

Stefan Lundborg has together with the Chairman of the Board reached the conclusion that until more information can be gathered Stefan will not participate in the Board work.

G5 Entertainment’s non-executive Director Stefan Lundborg is investigated for insider crime by the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (SECA). G5 Entertainment does not have further information at this time and is fully cooperating with the Public Prosecutor and the SECA in their investigations. The Board would like to emphasize that no other representatives of the company have been served any suspicion of misconduct and neither is the company itself under any suspicion.

Until further information can be gathered to clarify the situation, Stefan Lundborg has together the Chairman of the Board during the morning decided that he will will not participate in the Board work of G5.

Additional information will be provided to the market when required, however no further comments will be given as long as the investigation is ongoing.
