Sverker Lundkvist Managing Director of Dresdner Bank Nordic Sverker Lundkvist is leaving Gambro for a new position as responsible for the Nordic operations of Dresdner Bank and Managing Director of the Copenhagen and Stockholm branches. He has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Member of the Executive Management of Gambro (former Incentive) since 1993.
