Gaming Innovation Group: Change in board of directors

Frode Fagerli, board member of Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has resigned from the Board with effect as of today, 18 February 2020, due to personal reasons. Frode has been a board member of GiG since December 2018. The remaining Board thanks Frode for his contribution to the Company.

The remaining board members, Petter Nylander (chairman), Helge Nielsen, Paul Fischbein, Robert Buren and Henrik Persson Ekdahl will continue to act as the Company`s Board of Directors.
