Appointment of Director to the Board

The Shareholders Committee of Ganger Rolf ASA has elected Helen Margaret Mahy (UK) as a new Director to the Board of the Company.

This election coincides with Pauline Mary Walsh retiring from the Board.

The Board of the Company is hereafter composed by the following Directors:
