BULFORD DOLPHIN

Reference is made to notice on 11th September
2006 on First Olsen Ltd., which is 50/50 owned
by Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA, being
involved in negotiations which could result in a
sale of the shares of the owning company of the
drilling rig Bulford Dolphin. The assumptions
for such a transaction have ceased and
consequently the negotiations have been
terminated.
