Completion of capital reduction

The Company has today been advised that the capital reduction resolved at the annual general meeting by way of redemption of all of the Company’s own shares (treasury shares) has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company’s registered share capital is thus NOK 42 317 419
