DELIVERY OF BULFORD DOLPHIN

Reference is made to the notice sent to Oslo
Stock Exchange on 13th September 2007 regarding
agreement for the sale of the drilling rig Bulford
Dolphin from a subsidiary of First Olsen Ltd.,
which is owned 50/50 by Bonheur ASA and Ganger
Rolf ASA.

The sale is now completed and the Bulford Dolphin
has been delivered to the new owners offshore
Ghana.

The sale will yield a net book sales gain of
approximately USD 193 mill. in the 4th quarter
2007.
