Extraordinary General Meeting

Enclosed please find protocol from today’s Extraordinary General Meeting in Ganger Rolf ASA

The Extraordinary General Meeting (GM) of Ganger Rolf ASA has today unanimously approved the Board`s proposal of an dividend of NOK 7.20 per share. The dividend is estimated to be paid Tuesday 6 January 2009 to shareholders registered as holding shares on the date of the GM. As of Monday 22 December 2008, the shares will be traded exclusive of dividend.
