FINAL ACCOUNTS 2006

The Board of Ganger Rolf ASA has approved the
final accounts for 2006 as these have also been
provided to the Shareholder`s Committee for
statements. The final accounts include some minor
adjustments compared to the preliminary annual
accounts, released on 16 February 2007. The net
result for 2006 was NOK 702.1 million; an
improvement of NOK 7.1 million following the said
adjustments.
