FINAL ACCOUNTS FOR 2005

The Board of Ganger Rolf ASA has approved the
final accounts for 2005. There are certain
corrections compared to the preliminary accounts
as reported on 15th February 2006.

The Company has increased administration costs
of 4,2 million and consequently, the operating
result was negative with 34,0 million.

Result from associated companies is adjusted
downwards with 18,2 million to 530,9 million due
to various adjustments to the result in
associated companies and their subsidiaries.

Net financial income is adjusted downwards with
2,4 million to 124,1 million and the tax cost is
reduced by 2,9 million.

The result for the year was 762,1 million, a
reduction of 21,9 million compared to the
preliminary reported figures.
