NEGOTIATING SALE OF OWNERSHIP IN NSA

Ganger Rolf ASA (GRO) reports that the company
is negotiating a sale of its ownership of 33.33%
in Norwegische Shiffahrts-Agentur GmbH (NSA) in
Germany with Ofoten og Vesteraalen
Damskibsselskap (OVDS) and Troms Fylkes
Damskibsselskap ASA (TFDS). A conclusion of the
negotiations is expected within shortly.
