PURCHASE OF SHARES

Primary insiders in Bonheur ASA, Invento AS and Quatro AS, have each purchased 61 025 shares in Bonheur ASA at a price of NOK 130, - per share and 375 917 and 375 916 shares, respectively, in Ganger Rolf ASA at a price of NOK 120.50 per share. Following the purchases, Invento AS will own 12 021 273 shares in Bonheur ASA, representing 29.47 % of the issued shares and 375 917 shares in Ganger Rolf ASA, representing 1.11 % of the issued shares. Quatro AS will own 8 429 277 shares in Bonheur ASA, representing 20.67 % of the issued shares and 375 916 shares in Ganger Rolf ASA, representing 1.11 % of the issued shares.
