SALE OF KNOCK STOCKS CONFIRMED

Reference is made to a stock exchange notice
dated 15th January regarding a sale of the
suezmax tanker Knock Stocks from a subsidiary of
First Olsen Ltd. which is owned 50/50 by Bonheur
ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA.

Both seller and buyer have confirmed relevant
board approvals and consequently, the
transaction is final.
