SALE OF SHARES IN TUSENFRYD AS

Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA have entered an
agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Spanish company Parques Reunidos SA, on a sale of
all of their respective 25 % shareholding in the
amusement park TusenFryd AS. The sale is
conditional upon consent by Norwegian competition
authorities.

The price per share is NOK 29 which equates with
an aggregate sales price for Bonheur ASA and
Ganger Rolf ASA of NOK 191.7 million. The sale
will yield a gain of approx. NOK 114 million in
total for Bonheur and Ganger Rolf relative to the
cost price of the shares.

In addition to the aforesaid comes an
extraordinary dividend from TusenFryd on NOK 0.85
per share which will result in additional payments
of approx. NOK 5.6 million in total for Bonheur
ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA.
