The number of shares and votes in GARO Aktiebolag (publ) has increased by 40,000,000. As per May 31, 2021, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 50,000,000. The change in number of shares and votes is due to the previously communicated share split by which each share was split into five (5) shares of the same class (share split 5:1).

As a result of the share split, the share has changed ISIN code. The new ISIN code for the share is SE0015812417.
