    CEO Jonas Klarén acquires warrants in GARO

    CEO Jonas Klarén has today acquired 500,000 warrants in GARO AB (publ).   The acquisition of the warrants has been made in accordance with GARO's warrant program 2025/2028 resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 14 and at market value calculated by independent valuation agencies. The price of the warrant has been set at SEK 3.64.     GARO signs agreement with Vattenfall for delivery of charging boxes in Europe

    GARO has today signed a framework agreement with the energy company Vattenfall regarding delivery of the smart charging box GLB+. The agreement covers Norway, the Netherlands, the UK and Sweden, which are strategically important markets for GARO.     GARO has delivered high-power DC chargers to Volvo Cars' test operations

    GARO AB has delivered high-power chargers to Volvo Cars' test operations comprising 12 DC stations of various types and functions.The chargers contain the latest technology with the possibility of very high power output.     GARO to deliver chargers to the municipality of Falun

    Following a procurement process for charging posts, the municipality of Falun has chosen to contract Rexel Sverige AB to supply chargers for electric cars, type LS4. In accordance with the agreement, Falun municipality will invest in 121 chargers, with 242 charging points, totalling a value of approximately MSEK 3.5.The LS4 chargers will have the ability to communicate through cloud services for payment solutions and operational monitoring.     GARO's CFO has decided to leave the company during the autumn 2018

    Lars Kvarnsund, GARO's CFO, announced today that he intends to leave his position in the company. Lars is a member of Group Management and has been employed at GARO since 2000. Lars leaves his position during the autumn 2018 to enter a position as President and CEO in a company with a different business focus.
