JUN-AIR Appointment Focuses on Dental Distributor Network
The Gast Group – a member of the IDEX Corporation’s health and sciences division – has given business development manager Andrew Lidington additional responsibility for its JUN-AIR range of compressors and compressed air accessories, in a move that will support the national and regional dental market in the UK and Ireland.
Announcing the move, the group’s European sales director Andre Goodson says that the dental sector continues to be a core market for the JUN-AIR brand and forms a key part of the Gast Group’s global strategy. Andrew’s focus is to ensure that product and service levels available to JUN-AIR’s UK dental distributors reflect the company’s position as the premium compressor brand in the UK dental sector.
Andrew has extensive pneumatics experience and has been involved with JUN-AIR’s products, service and distribution since the Gast acquisition four years ago. He will be using his experience in the equally demanding industrial and OEM markets to ensure that JUN-AIR continues to support its dental customers with the premium service that matches the quality of the company’s compressor products.
Commenting on his new role, Andrew says: “Support is JUN-AIR’s main priority, so we will be listening to our customer’s needs and ensuring that sales, service and stock levels meet the needs of the distribution network in the UK and Ireland.”
As well as launching its iQdryer – a new desiccant air dryer for the dental market – JUN-AIR will also continue to support its two national distributors and network of regional distributors at this year’s BDTA’s Dental Showcase exhibition in October.
