Apple continue to pursue 'TCM Big App Store' for an alleged breach of it’s ‘App Store’ trademark.

London UK, Wednesday 1st October 2014 – Apt Projects Ltd, the owners of TCM Big App Store have announced that global giant Apple Inc. have filed a last minute opposition to a trademark application which was due to be granted 24 hours later.

The opposition by Apple Inc. was unexpected, following its high profile legal clash with Amazon and their use of an 'Appstore'. Apple Inc lost the battle and Amazon were permitted to continue using the 'Appstore'. Despite this however, Apple Inc. have turned their attention on the fledgling UK company, maintaining that ‘TCM Big App Store’ breaches its UK and EU ‘App Store’ trademarks.

Apt Projects Ltd strongly disagree that any trademark breach exists. The company claim to have coined the term ‘Big App’ - essentially being a business management software solution, designed for a specific type of business which runs on PCs or a server network and not mobile phones.

Apt state that they will be strenuously defending their ‘TCM Big App Store’ Trade Mark application.

Apt have coined the phrase ‘Big App’ to describe software which is used on PCs and servers. Their zany on-line TCM Big App Store (you can see how to boil an egg in the Cookery Demonstration Area on the 1st Floor) has been created to sell TCM Big Apps developed with their TCM SDK. Every product name starts ‘TCM Big App for...’

Additionally Apt Projects have announced that they will shortly be recruiting TCM Big App Developers - ‘BAD Boys’ and ‘BAD Girls’ – to develop TCM Big Apps for all types of businesses. The Big App Developers will be able to establish their own brands in the 12 virtual floors of the TCM Big App Store.

The TCM Big App Store is currently very advanced in its preparation for launch and is seeking funding to help with the last push towards this aim. To find out more about the crowdfunding campaign visit: http://www.tcmbigappstore.com/investor.php and http://www.venturegiant.com/
