Chalfont St. Giles, United Kingdom and Uppsala, Sweden - Goldcup D 1879 AB, under change of name to GE Healthcare Holding AB (“GE Healthcare”), has today acquired 9,462,094 shares and 631,425 warrants to subscribe for shares in Biacore International AB (publ) (“Biacore”) from its parent company GE Medical Holding AB.
