Genexis Group expands board with two new board members

Genexis Group AB has as of November 23, 2023 formally registered two new independent board members. The new board members are Angelique Schouten and Jonas Hasselberg.

Angelique is currently CEO and Founder of 10x.team. Angelique brings a vast experience from multiple technology ventures and her board positions at Joanna Invests, AI.nl and Holland FinTech.

Jonas is currently CEO and President of Proact IT. He brings extensive experience from broadband and telecommunication industry from, among others, Nokia, Microsoft and Telia.

The full board consists of Daniel Winberg, Chairman representing Accent Equity, Victoria Scheer, representing Accent Equity, Eric van Schagen, representing Schelp and Simac, Angelique Schouten and Jonas Hasselberg.
