Genova is considering an issue of additional green subordinated hybrid bonds under its outstanding green finance framework

Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Genova”) issued on 5 March 2021 green subordinated hybrid bonds with a perpetual maturity in the amount of SEK 500m with ISIN SE0015245519 and a framework amount of SEK 1,250m, under its green finance framework (the “Green Finance Framework”). Genova has mandated Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) to arrange investor meetings commencing on 19 May 2021, to explore the possibility to issue additional green subordinated hybrid bonds under its existing Green Finance Framework. Subject to market conditions, a capital markets transaction may follow.
