Genovis' prospectus has been approved in Norway, Finland, Denmark and United Kingdom

Genovis’ prospectus on a new share issue with preference for existing shareholders, approved on April 1 by the Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), has also been approved in Norway, Finland, Denmark and United Kingdom. Residents in these countries can now subscribe for shares in the new share issue with subscription period April 15-30, 2010. The prospectus is available at Genovis web-site www.genovis.com.
