Genovis publish a new share issue prospectus

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) approved on Mach 7 Genovis prospectus for a new share issue with preference for existing shareholders, the subscription period is Mach 14 – April 7. Starting today the prospectus will be available in Swedish on Genovis and Finansinspektionens home page.
