Net Trading Group NTG AB: Lightcircle signs LOI med Zollner Elektronik a.g.

Lightcircle has entered into a Letter of Intent agreement with Zollner Elektronik ag, Germany, one of the top 15 Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) providers worldwide, manufacturing for brands such as BMW, Siemens, Miele, IBM, Philips, etc., with intent to manufacture Lightcircle`s products for the US from Costa Rica and also for the EU starting from this fall.

«We look to achieve both volume-cost savings together with Zollner but we will also strengthen our position to mitigate risks associated with the global crisis with regards to component availability in the electronics industry,” explains Morten Revill.

For the EU we are currently also waiting for the VAT registration to go through for the German tax office before starting selling there through Amazon EU, which looks set to happen during May.
