Geveko sells properties in Gothenburg, Sweden

The production of road marking materials in Gothenburg has been moved to the subsidiary Cleanosol AB in Kristianstad, Sweden, which is one of the measures taken in the strategy to focus on the core business.

Geveko has consequently sold the properties in Gothenburg. Buyer is Torslanda Buildings, Gothenburg. The properties include industrial, warehouse and office buildings totalling 7 200 square meters. The purchase agrrement also includes leasehold and leasehold land.
